Postal charges are given under specific publication series. To order complimentary or for-sale publications, mail or fax us a written request or print out and send us the Order Form attached here as an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file. Alternatively, send an e-mail message to the East-West Center Publication Sales Office at ewcbooks@ewc.hawaii.edu. You may also contact the Publication Sales Office by telephone (1-808-944-7145). Unless otherwise noted, publications will be sent by surface mail. Payment may be made by purchase order, Visa, MasterCard, international money order, or check in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank and payable to the East-West Center. Do not send cash.
